With over 30 years of professional experience, Adam Barnes brings passion, excitement and creativity to his work. His clients have included Vogue Entertaining, Southern Living, American Profile, TransAmerica Corporation, Alitalia, O’Charley’s Restaurants, Asheville, NC Chamber of Commerce CVB, The Cherokee Nation, HomeLife Magazine and National Geographic Traveler.

While most well-known for his food, portraiture and travel photography, Adam has also worked extensively in other fields including architectural interiors, scientific photography and fashion.

Combining his love of food with an enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge and expertise, Adam has, together with his wife, Cheryl - a food sylist, chef and recipe developer - conducted numerous photography seminars helping photographers of all levels open new and creative avenues to their work. Together, Adam and Cheryl have also published four cookbooks.

Located near Linville, North Carolina, Adam is available for commercial and editorial assignments - both in studio and on location, as well as family portraiture and weddings.
